It is not working

You have anywhere from $27-$335 dollars for a Bluetooth hands free headset. Of course the more expensive the unit the better, right? Well, I always start at a mid range and of course study the verified comments to read the pros and cons of the item I’m thinking of buying. The A19 headset was priced just below the middle range so that was my first choice. Seconded, was the comments. Two factors. One….there were a lot of people who bought this unit commenting. Seconded….most of the comments were 4-5 star ratings with most stating that the A19 worked perfectly! For some reason mine was held up at customs. So shipping was several days late. Not the shippers fault but still. As for the unit it self. Light weight. The materials are mid range nothing special. The size is a the small side. The main point. Functionality. Works perfectly. Sound is crisp and clear. Have not tested the battery life but might do that next. After having the unit on for three (3) straight hours I had enough. Not that is bothering me but I did start to notice it and wanted it off. I really like the fact that I can be on my laptop and cell at the same time. Bottom line for the price this (so far) is a 10/10 product. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

ve been using this headset while driving, and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. The sound quality is clear, the microphone picks up my voice well, and the noise cancellation helps cut down on road noise so conversations are easier to hear. The battery life is good, it’s comfortable to wear for long periods, and the controls are simple to use. For the price, this headset performs better than I expected. It’s lightweight, dependable, and does exactly what I need it to do as a truck driver. I would definitely recommend this headset to anyone who spends a lot of time on the road and needs a reliable hands-free option. Great value for the money!

Great stuff. Using it from last 2 months No issues at all. Solid sound and noise cancellation too. Worth it. Good for truckers.

I’m really impressed with this Bluetooth headset. The sound quality is clear, and the noise cancelling microphone works great for calls. It’s comfortable to wear for long periods, and I love that the battery lasts so long. The mute button is a nice feature, and it connects easily to my devices. Great headset for work, driving, or everyday use! I bought this headset for my husband who is a truck driver and he said it works great! He loves it!

ETA: customer service has been absolutely amazing and we are all fixed! This was a 5 star review to start and will possibly be again pending what comes of the warranty. We have 2 sets of the headset and my husbands (older set of the 2, about 1 year old now). The microphone on his set has quit working so you can't hear him at all but he can hear you not a problem. We have sent in an email about it and are currently awaiting response. ------- *Original review Pro: clear and crisp sound on both sides of the call. Very little for back ground noise (only if it's extremely noisy). Charge lasts for a long time, even while chatting for hours a day. Quick turn around for when it needs charging. I can't actually say there's any cons. We thoroughly enjoy the headsets to continue on with day to day life or drive safely down the road all while talking to others.
