It is not working

Was disappointed i received different item on its mouth piece is entirely not same with the photo also dont have mute button and as for the noise cancellation its not working😔 Hope this will last long

Not good quality

You have anywhere from $27-$335 dollars for a Bluetooth hands free headset. Of course the more expensive the unit the better, right? Well, I always start at a mid range and of course study the verified comments to read the pros and cons of the item I’m thinking of buying. The A19 headset was priced just below the middle range so that was my first choice. Seconded, was the comments. Two factors. One….there were a lot of people who bought this unit commenting. Seconded….most of the comments were 4-5 star ratings with most stating that the A19 worked perfectly! For some reason mine was held up at customs. So shipping was several days late. Not the shippers fault but still. As for the unit it self. Light weight. The materials are mid range nothing special. The size is a the small side. The main point. Functionality. Works perfectly. Sound is crisp and clear. Have not tested the battery life but might do that next. After having the unit on for three (3) straight hours I had enough. Not that is bothering me but I did start to notice it and wanted it off. I really like the fact that I can be on my laptop and cell at the same time. Bottom line for the price this (so far) is a 10/10 product. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

Very good headset. Noise cancelation works great. No worries about noise. I charge it once in a week. Perfect product for truck drivers and people who work in noisy environments. Highly recommended. No complaints about connectivity or lack of sound quality. Cheaper than Blueparrot.
