Is this a milk tea powder? or just a powder with flavor.

It does not contain any black, green, or white tea in it. I would say it is a strawberry flavored milk powder. The back of the package says that Glucose Coffee Creamer. The ingredients as shown on the package: tapioca syrup, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, strawberry extract malic acid (E296), and so on ...... I bought it a few month ago trying to create milky strawberry flavored bread :D Hope this is somewhat helpful to you :D !!

Hello Sia, most of the powder are premixed with sweetener. It means it has sugar in the content.

what kind of tea do I ad to the fruit flavors? it can't be black tea as these fruit drinks look pastel colored?

I have ordered strawberry boba tea made with black tea and milk. It is very pink despite using black tea. However, I'm not sure how much tea is used since, I am not the one making it.
