Do we have to wait for the raw materials to react for 8 hours?

Not necessarily. 8 hours is just a common time required for the reaction of raw materials to complete. You can judge based on the pressure gauge. When the pressure gauge is stable and the reading no longer rises, it means the reaction is complete.

What should I do if the auto-pressure relief valve activates (at 35KG)?

Immediately turn off the main valve to halt the reaction. Check for blockages in tubing or the atomizer, and ensure you’re not overfilling the reactor with citric acid/baking soda.

Can I add water to the bubble counter without shutting off the CO2 system?

Yes! The upgraded water-injectable bubble counter allows you to use the syringe to add water directly through the port while the system is running. No need to disconnect or stop CO2 flow.

What is the correct citric acid/baking soda ratio, and how long will a 200g mix last?

Use a 1:1 ratio (200g each). At 1 bubble/second for 8 hours daily, it lasts ~45 days. For 24-hour use, expect ~15 days. Adjust using the fine-tuning valve to avoid waste and maintain stable CO2 levels.

Can I open the steel cylinder before the pressure gauge returns to zero?

NO. After all the reaction gas in the cylinder is used up (i.e. the pressure gauge is reset to zero), adjust the micro adjustment valve to release the residual gas, and then open the cylinder valve for cleaning or re adding raw materials.
