I use this exclusively outside for the ants that make holes between patio pavers. I have tried every product, and no other product even comes close to this one. No product is perfect, and ants will always attempt a comeback. But this product and some dedication will keep them under control.

I mixed this following a formula from Cougar Ridge Ranch on YouTube. While I don't share the Youtuber's enthusiasm for using permethrin on clothing (I wouldn't want this on me, at all!) ... I did mix at the proportions he recommended (1.5 oz per gallon) into my pump sprayer and treated the soffits of my carpenter bee infested screen room. I have been in a multi-year fight against carpenter bees and they are really difficult to control. This did not kill on contact at this ratio, but it does seem to soak into wood really well. After two treatments I am no longer being bombarded by carpenter bees at the screen room. Further, I don't hear the "chewing" sound of my roof being eaten when I inspect the building. It looks like this, combined with traps, and two treatments of all exposed surfaces finally made a serious dent in the population. I am not declaring victory yet, but I am hopeful. I may treat a third time and start plugging the dozens of holes again with dowels and wood glue In short... This stuff works, it takes a bit to kill, but after use for carpenter bees, you will eventually see some sick / dying carpenter bees on your property as they emerge from / chew through the treated wood. I would absolutely buy this again. As an aside... compared to Delta Dust this was way easier to use overhead.

Great product helps home and pets

I thought I would save some money and dilute this down and use it on my clothing even though there is no indication for that on the product webpage. This product is petroleum based and has an overpowering odor of kerosene. I made my dilute solution, but thank goodness that I came to my senses before using it on my clothes. In addition to the odor, it probably would have ruined my synthetic clothes due to the petroleum solvent. I ordered some ready to apply Green Armor Permethrin to use on my clothes which had an exponentially reduced odor as compared to this.
