On the package on the instructions, it says apply one to two dropper falls in your mouth twice a day that is actually wrote on the instructions on the product. Could not stand. The nasty ass taste knew something was wrong and now I read that you are supposed to put the droppers in your ear what is it? Check out my pictures?

I personally have not had real good luck with things advertise online. I pretty much only order things from Amazon because I know they stand behind their products. So I was happy to see that Amazon put this product on their website because it has truly helped me. I saw the hearing specials and she recommended a hearing aid which I thought was ridiculous. My tinnitus keeps me awake at night. It affects me more when I lay down and it’s quiet and I still have that sound keeping me awake for hours at a time has been very difficult. This is my first order for this remedy on Amazon and as long as they don’t change the formula, I will continue to re-order it. It’s been a godsend. FYI, the instructions say to take one or two dropper full but they don’t mean it filled all the way because it only fills about a third is away And doing that twice is the correct dose. If you have a syringe with milliliters that might be easier so you don’t use it all up in a couple weeks.I hope it works as well for you as it has been for me
