UNITED STATES HDW/U S HA Galvanized Storm Collar, 6"

The price seemed a little high but the best I could find. I marked it to fit more closely against the corrugated metal siding profile and plan to trim it soon. It included free shipping and suited the purpose well. Horizontal runs of chimney pipes are supposed to angle downward a little which caused the rain to leak below the building entry. It's already helped with this problem.

Slipped right on the pipe, doing it's job.

The storm collar is made very well and does it's job. Only thing is that the dimensions are not accurate. It states it's for a 6 inch pipe but it is about 1/2 inch or so too big. I had to bend the collar about 1 inch more and drill a new hole for the screw in order to fit snug around the 6 inch pipe. It worked after that but still would've liked it to be the correct dimentsions.

looks good from afar, but its far from good looking. Exactly as pictured. Works as expected. Thanks for a functional collar at an affordable price.

It works. Wish it were a bit wider but ill make it work. That's what I do.

It’s a flue collar.

Uneven wavey cut, not clean and smooth. Also, the edges are very sharp. Poorly made. No craftsmanship or pride.
