Perfect for me.
Love it! I have been researching smart rings for awhile and settled on this one. It is more comfortable and much nicer fit than others. Not as clunky and heavy as some others. Tracks what I want it to track including sleep apnea. Before ordering the actual ring I did get the ring size kit to make sure I ordered the correct size. The app is easy to follow and syncs quickly with the ring. I've been wearing it over a week and have no scratches. Highly recommend.

App is free and battery lasts almost 2 weeks 🤩
I’ve had two other fitness rings and this one of my fave by far. It looks very stylish and sleek. It syncs very easily to my Apple phone. Love that the app is free and the battery lasts for almost 2 weeks. It’s very easy and quick to charge. I recommend this ring to everyone. The fit is so comfortable. It’s a great value for the money and way easier to wear than a watch. You can customize what you want the app to monitor.

Best purchase to track health!
I’ve worn this ring for over 2 months now and I find it very accurate and very easy to use. I also have the Renpho but that one is not nearly accurate at all. The battery life is great on the Ringconn gen 2. I charge it maybe once every 8 days and it works as advertised. I love the sleep apnea feature and the app is very helpful. I chose this over the oura ring because the monitoring is free and in this one case “you get what you pay for” is not true. I am very happy with my purchase and with this ring. It is also comfortable to wear. I don’t know it is on. The Renpho is bulky and uncomfortable. The charging case is perfect as you can take it on vacation and not need to have it plugged in because it’s like a little rechargeable battery pack. I don’t usually write lengthy reviews, but i really love the Ringconn gen 2. I am considering purchasing in the black color as well.

Very happy with my RingConn!
Make sure you buy the sizing kit and wear it for a few days first, AT LEAST a full 24 hours. I thought I would need a size 12 but when I wore it for a bit it became very loose, I switched to an 11 and it still fits great!I have been wearing my RingConn for nearly a month now and I love it. I chose RingConn over other options for a few reasons, mostly the looks, weight, and lack of a monthly subscription. Prior to using the RingConn, I wore an apple watch. My problem with the watch was that I was constantly using it like a phone, looking at the screen, responding to texts, it didn't seem like a health wearable as much as a mini phone on my wrist.the sleep tracking is very accurate, it even catches me napping.. no more "just resting my eyes" hahahaI purchased some covers to protect it when I am working with my hands, though I have forgotten to put them on a few times and my ring still looks like it did the day I bought it.Battery life is as promised and it charges quick, I typically take it off when I am gardening or cleaning my house and put it on the charger, it is done before I finish what I am doing. Very little lost data due to charging! My only negative would be the activity tracking. It does not have as many workout options (only running walking and cycling) I play tennis and other sports often and would love better data for those, maybe in a future update!? (RingConn if you're reading this please!!!)The finish is very shiny; I would love to see future models with a brushed finish as well!

RingConn Gen 2 Fitness Ring
This fitness ring is awesome!! It is easy to wear and use. I got the black ring, so it goes with any outfit and occasion. It tracks all of my vital signs, plus monitors sleep apnea for three nights when I turn that function on. Everyday, it explains each item in simple terms and gives encouragement on my progress. I’m very happy with this RingConn Gen 2! It’s well worth the money m

Essential for Getting the Right Fit
I ordered the RingConn Sizing Kit before buying the actual ring, and it was super helpful. The sizes are accurate, and trying them on made choosing the right fit easy and stress-free. The plastic rings feel pretty close to the real thing, so I felt confident ordering my ring. Definitely recommend this kit if you want to avoid sizing guesswork!

Definitely worth considering
To start, I want to say I don’t regret this purchase at all. I’m pretty neutral when it comes to the RingConn fitness tracking device. A lot of what I don’t like are probably issues one would run into with any ring style tracker.First impressions: The RingConn ring was packaged very nicely. The charging case feels really solid and the ring stays secure on the charging post. The ring itself is very lightweight and I’m fine with that. I feel like a solid metal ring large enough to accommodate the sensors would be a little too heavy for my taste. Overall, the fit is true to the sizing kit (definitely recommend buying this to test your size) and it’s very comfortable to wear casually and during exercise.Sync features: the setup process was super quick and easy. The ring syncs with the app whenever the app is opened and it does so fairly quick. The app also syncs with my other health apps very easily.Tracking: the tracking is where I’m a little less impressed and I think the majority of what I’m not content with will be common across ring style trackers. The ring seems to track lower on all metrics compared to my Apple Watch. It also tracks distances that are typically 0.25 mile less than my treadmill readouts. I’m a casual runner and don’t use any advanced methods to track my distance and other metrics so I’m not sure which is accurate. Just something to be aware of. That aside, I do like the sleep tracking feature. My Apple Watch battery barely lasts a day so using it to monitor my sleep is not feasible. This ring has a battery life of ~12 days and is very comfortable to wear overnight, so I do appreciate the sleep monitoring.I typically avoid wearing this during the shower or other instances where it would be exposed to a lot of water so I’m not sure how the water resistance is. I can say that sweat during workouts haven’t seemed to effect the functionality.App: the app is really nice. The verbiage is kind of odd, so you can tell it’s been translated to English but it’s still easy to understand. It integrates with my other health apps very easily so that’s a huge plus. And most importantly, there is NO subscription fee that is required to have access to the full functionality of the app.Overall, I’d say if you’re interested in this style fitness tracker, then this is worth checking out. I’m glad I bought this instead of a the much more expensive alternative.
