Very tasty on fish and chicken

I just found this on Amazon. Our neighbors bought us a bag of this on a trip as a thank you for helping them with the house while gone. This batter is the very best fish batter I have ever ever had!!! It is also great on chicken and I am sure would be on almost anything you batter fry. We fry fish a lot and have tried many many home made recipes as well as store bought. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves to deep fry fish and other items. Can also be used in oven recipes!!
