I can't speak about the flavor but the consistency of this mix once baked wasn't a bread like. It didn't rise as you can see in the picture. I added food coloring to the frosting so I'd look like chocolate but it got really watery with the little water the instructions said to add. I'm sure my dog didn't care about any of this cause all he does is eat but I honestly don't think it was worth it. I should have bought the one I always do

Looking for quick mix for my puppies 1year old birthday. First 2 bites started to stick to the roof of their mouth. Didn’t know it until one start choking then the other puppy started to choke I had to open their mouths and pull the cake out. Not easy when it was stuck on their teeth. Contacted seller 1 week ago. They have not answered back. Would not recommend

As you can see she bit right into it. All three dogs ate it up. Easy to mix and cook. Liked that it came with frosting.

My puppies loved the cake. The cake was super easy to make. I do recommend baking the night before or allow to cool for 6 hours before frosting. The frosting is a powder base. I ended up adding more water to the powder to make it spreadable. Please note that the frosting ends up a little tacky so you will need to apply in small strokes. Meaning, you cannot place in one area and spread over cake. The cake will end up shredding. Wherever you place the icing is where it needs to stay. Other than that it was super easy.

The cake turned out well but it seemed a little dry. I felt the pup enjoyed it.

I use this mix to make my dog "Pup Cakes" in a baby cake cupcake maker. It bakes well and makes about 18 pup cakes. He loves them and knows the words as well as treat or cookie. I feel comfortable giving him pup cakes made from this mix.
