Got these chairs because I'm a big guy so we got these chairs because they look great, and are also strong. They're great, been using them almost daily all summer and they're holding up well structurally.Update:Well I've had the chairs out on our patio since May 16th, so it's been almost 3 months now and I'm noticing that the wood is really starting to discolor and split really bad on the arm rests. Considering how badly the wood is holding up it's got me doubting that they'll make it through the winter with water freezing inside the cracks. For the 270 dollars I paid for outdoor furniture I thought the wood would look good for at the very least a full year, if not two. The chairs are still sturdy and the woven seat material is fine too.

I purchased these to replace a set of chairs at our beach house that rusted completely out. These chairs are sturdy, with little (just the screws) metal. Easy to assemble and very comfortable, even without cushions. We got the grey, and the color is accurate to the picture. The seat is deep and very comfortable.

Live in Florida and to wash and brush cushions all the time is no fun so tried to order this product and it’s a win!Stylish and comfortable .

The right arm on one chair is damaged and rough (see photos). I would like a replacement right arm. The app seems to only let me make a return. No point in wasting the shipping to return and re ship a full chair. Can I just get a replacement arm please?We ordered these as a test and plan to purchase 4 more (2 sets). Hope we can work this out and proceed with the other orders. Nice and wide and deep. Will be great around fire pit w a pillow.*Once we can work out the arm issues, I would say 5 stars based on what you get for the price. This by no means is like a $800 chair from Frontgate, but it is comfy and big and will suit our purposes and if it gets ruined in the elements we will not cry.

Love these chairs as they are oversized and comfy with or without pillows, but the wood on the arms of both chairs split almost immediately after being outside. I’d say 2-3 weeks. I was going to treat with a polyurethane anyways but didn’t think it was an emergency. I tried filling with wood filler but pretty ridiculous with them being brand new that’d I’d have to do that. One arm had a section completely split up (within 3 weeks) so wood filler is holding it down… for now- 1st picture. I had similar chairs in white and gray previously and those lasted 3 years, guessing the paint had something to do with that.

I complained earlier that the legs didn't arrive, but they came a day later. All good!
