I rarely write long reviews but this is owed! I have been shopping boxes for along time. I wanted a gift that was a nice finish, not to big, flashy, and I finally found a pattern that had the compartments and accessories I thought my friend would like and use. Price was right, and I was so excited to get this and check it out. Only to open it and it was the wrong pattern. The box label was the right label but the box was the wrong pattern. It was beautiful! And the only reason I didn’t keep it was because of the color. I thought it was a little feminine for a guy so I decided to email the company to see how quickly it could be exchanged as I was going to give my gift I. Thursday(it’s Sunday). Mitchel emailed my back and apologize and said he would ship another right away. I just got the correct box and it is just as beautiful as the first! Great quality! Smooth finish. Accessories are perfect. Super excited to give this gift. YOU MUST BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is insurmountable! That is a rarity these days! Quality product is a bonus!

Bottle showed up broken. Other than that nice product, cant figure out how to get somebody to replace it.Update - they were on it about getting a replacement jar. Everything is pretty cool, the jar will make it complete. Nice quality, and they are very responsive if there is a problem.

Overall dissapointed. The listing says the item comes with a bamboo lid with the jar and the jar I got was 100% glass. I was expecting the jar and the box to be small, but the jar cant hardly hold anything in it. And the box cant fit any of my accessories. The grinder is ok hard to close. The box was poorly put together and has some part overhanging were it shouldent be. Looks very sloppy. Also hard to open/close the latch. Would return if I had not already used it.
