When I ordered this product I had read the reviews and people said some really foul things about this. I received my bottle this morning and so, shaved and tried it out with much anticipation. The cooling effect is instant and it absorbs quickly. The lavender scent is very subtle in this one but it’s there, it’s definitely more citrus forward, but it instantly soothes the skin and smells great!! As far as value for money goes? It’s all in what you value. I appreciate all-natural products and I don’t mind paying a bit more for it. This one was a bit over $15, but given its excellent quality? I’m thrilled!! If you’re on the fence and not really sure if you want to take the plunge? Go ahead, it’s a solid purchase and you won’t be disappointed.

Smells great and great feel on the face

As a person with sensitive skin I like the cooling m, refreshing, and calming aftershave affect on my face.This aftershave splash:- Smells awesome- Works great for sensitive skin: very soothing and cooling- Decently moisturizes skin and helps with minor to major irritation and nicks- All natural ingredients so this great for your skin (It will make your face shine and glow as peppermint and eucalyptus is great for your skin)I recommend you use this with the Taconic Shave Eucalyptus Mint pump 8 oz shaving cream—-What could be better is to be just a little more moisturizing but other than that no complaints at all. ——

Been shaving for 40 years and finally found the aftershave I have been searching for. Smells great and feels refreshing when applied. Actually prevents razor burn from occurring. Will definitely be buying this again.

Horrible smell

Smells like a very clean auto tire shop where pine scented cleaner was used on the concrete floor. I find the scent pleasant, but not like cologne fragrance. The post shave sting and cool are VERY subtle with this aftershave.

This is the best aftershave I have used. The natural ingredients have a cooling/refreshing sensation, likely from the menthol. The Eucalyptus Mint scent is very good and not only do I like it, my wife loves it too!

Very nice scent and very nice feel post shave, very nice aftershave splash from Taconic that lingers just faintly for an hour or so and leaves the face feeling great after a shave with a safety razor.The shave soaps are all top notch soaps as well. I have the Bay Rum and Lime soaps, both very nice slick soaps that last forever.

It really did not meet my expectations.It doesn't smell nice and not sure if it does anything re the post-shaving irritation of the skin.If I had the option to return it, I would.
