For the cost you can't complain, since the bottle lasts for three months. As far as the cost of supplements go these days, this one is in the less expensive category of all the supplements I am currently taking. I will have no problem continuing to take these daily when the first bottle is gone, I think it's already working after a couple of weeks, and I believe it's a good value.There are two main ingredients in this formula. The milk derived ingredient Lactoferrin will help with iron absorption and will support all kinds of low energy issues and digestion issues.I wanted to try this formula since I am going through Menopause and my body is definitely rebelling against me! I already take billions of probiotics throughout the day, and digestive enzymes with each meal, but the two specific ingredients in this formula are very unique and not found in any multi-vitamins. They should really target my immune system, and support it so I can handle all the changes my body is going through. I swear by monolaurin as a safe remedy for my family. This capsule format makes it easy to take. At 1000mg per 2 capsules it is a much smaller serving size than our usual brand so this bottle of 60 capsules would go fast. It is also important to note that it contains lactoferrin which comes from milk, so probably not a good additive for people with dairy sensitivity. I generally prefer to have supplements with only one ingredient for this reason. The label warns not to exceed the recommended dose. I am happy to see on the label that it is both made in USA and non-GMO.

I always try to wait a couple/few weeks after trying a supplement before I do a review. My digestion has been a lot better especially bowel movements. I live in an apartment building where somebody always seems to be sick most of my neighbors have been very sick lately and so has my wife but I have been fit as a fiddle since I started taking these, so they seem to be very effective. There's no taste to them when you swallow them and there's no after burp taste either, I have bad acid reflux and I get the burps a lot and didn't notice any taste at all. These are definitely strong and worth the money!!! I know they seem a little costly but manufacturing processes to make an effective supplement like this are not cheap. I feel that they have made this very large bottle affordable especially for a 90-day supply. It's hard to put a price tag on consistent health. I didn't notice any difference in my energy level but I haven't seen any decrease in it. The capsules are a little on the bigger side but I've had no problems swallowing them. Very easy to use you just take two a day. I'm not going to take away a star because they have fillers. Magnesium stereate and silicon dioxide ensure that the production and manufacturing processes go smoothly and there's a quality control to the capsules meaning that the correct amount of supplement will be in each capsule I don't think there's anything nefarious about it. I'm not the biggest fan of silicon dioxide but it does help shelf life and improve the consistency of the supplement so you continue to get the same dose of a quality product.
