I remember receiving this in my mailbox when it was originally published, some 14 years ago. And although tastes change, and a certain level of maturity kicks in between the ages of 28 and 42, one incontrovertible fact remains as clear today as it did that pre-Y2K afternoon-This Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue cover, starring the ridiculously hot Tyra Banks, is the best SI swimsuit cover of all time.
