Q: I see in the photos it comes with greasable u-joints and a grease zerk on the telescopic part. Does it come pre-greased, or do I need to?

Usually they come pre-greased but it is always a good idea to pump a little bit more in there just in case.

Q: I noticed the phasing is off from most driveshafts, is that correct for these shafts? The arrows line up, but yokes are not parallel on the main shaft

Yes this is normal for these does not affect anything with the shaft!

You will have to check the distance of your old drive shaft. Also check the front axle to see if it has a yoke or a rzeppa joint on it.
