This faucet arrived and was exceptionally well packaged. All of these pieces came individually wrapped in plastic, and I certainly enjoy seeing that. When this is done it will prevent the pieces from scratching each other in transit. Basically, they are all well protected. When I see this type of packaging that to me tells me the manufacture truly cares about first impressions. I have to admit, it absolutely worked for me. Unpacking this faucet, I could not help but notice… it is a very nice-looking modern faucet. I am installing this in our seasonal camp “kitchen”. Our current faucet has been in the sink since 1990. We have been kinda looking for a replacement but in my mind… it wasn’t broken. But the better half of me said it was time for an upgrade. This is exactly what we were looking for, a touch faucet with a very high pull-down sprayer. Installation was a breeze. But my old one fought me tooth and nail trying to come out. the installation instructions are very clear and concise. I am a picture kind of guy, and the instructions are loaded with very accurate pictures. The different is simply amazing. Even though it is the same plumbing leading up to the faucet, it has more pressure than our old one. My four-star rating is based on the fact that the touch portion only works in a couple of areas. And if your touch it with more than one finger... it turns on and then turns off right away. Otherwise we are very pleased with this new addition to our 1946 camp!

This faucet was low quality, it started coming apart when I removed it from the box. The sprayer buttons popped off the 1st time I pressed it. I was not even able to get to installing this because it was such poor quality. Empty photo because this ended up going straight into the trash.

I’m not a professional plumber, but I’ve built plenty of kitchen units and decided to try installing this faucet myself. To my surprise, it was straightforward and caused no issues—plus, I likely saved as much on installation costs as I spent on the faucet itself, making it great value for money. The brushed nickel finish looks sleek and modern, blending perfectly with my kitchen decor. The standout feature is the touch-on sensor: just a quick tap with your hand or wrist turns the water on or off. It’s incredibly convenient when your hands are messy from cooking, though I’ve found the sensor can be a little finicky depending on what’s on your hands. Functionality is excellent. The pull-down sprayer offers three modes—stream, spray, and pause—making everything from rinsing vegetables to cleaning dishes much easier. The 360° swivel provides full sink coverage without hassle, and the ceramic disc valve operates smoothly with no leaks or drips so far. Installation was simple with the included deck plate, which works for both 1- and 3-hole setups. While there is a bit more plastic in the construction than I’d ideally like, careful handling during installation makes it a non-issue. Knowing it comes with a 20-year warranty also adds peace of mind. Overall, this faucet is stylish, functional, and user-friendly. The smart touch feature, pull-down sprayer, and ease of installation make it a great upgrade for any kitchen.
