Plants healthy
They came in a timely manner plants were so green and healthy looking got them in the ground and they are looking good no flowers yet but it's only been 5 days

Excellent Azalea!!
I am delighted with Encore Azalea Autumn Fire! It was packed well and arrived healthy and fresh.Also generally, I am well pleased with Encore Azaleas. They definitely are Proven Winners. Theyperform very well in my garden, with vigorous healthy foliage and luxuriant repeating blooms.

I Wanted to Love These Azalea Shrubs
These shrubs arrived a day late with the packaging destroyed. When I got into the packaging, the shrubs were upside down with smashed and damaged foliage. There were so many broken branches which I tried to show in my pictures. These were probably beautiful shrubs but arrived in total disarray. The shrubs are heavy and I am unable to carry them around to return them. I am so disappointed as I am trying to beautify my front yard. I took a chance . . .

Healthy and well protected in shipment
Purchased for a Mother's Day gift. Received the following week most likely delayed due to what is going on in the country at the moment. Although not currently in bloom, plant looks very healthy and was well protected in shipment. Looking forward to seeing it in bloom - would rate 5 stars once I see in bloom to verify color.

Beautiful plants and shipped so well!
I was very impressed by how well the azalea plants were packed for shipping a long distance. The large pot had been well watered and was encased in a tied plastic bag to hold in the moisture. The plants arrived in great shape and are doing well!

Not 100% satisfied.
I bought 3 plants, 2 arrived fantastic but 1 didn’t look so good. I thought it just needed to be planted, fed and watered. The 2 plants have grown&thrived! The one doesn’t look like it will make it. I contacted the company but they won’t replaced it as it has been over 30 days. Lesson learned to contact immediately. I need to replace it but probably will go with a different vendor.
