Les Mills PUMP Fitness 7 DVD Workout Set

I love Les Mills workouts! I have the body combat dvd’s from when they first came out and fell in love.Then I had subscribed to Les Mills on demand in 2018 , back then it was about $13 a month for ALL workouts: Body Combat, Body Pump and so much more unlimited.Sometime this year, they changed it and now to get all the unlimited workouts, you have to pay $30 a month or $15 for just a little and no Body Pump.So I came to Amazon to see if Body Pump dvd’s were available and they were! I was excited because in the past they were always unavailable.Anyways I paid one price for the set and now I can alternate between Body Pump and Body Combat.These workouts are great.I found a woman on YouTube that lost weight on just using Body Pump and got toned. Her yt handle is Half size me, that is why I was so interested in these DVD’s.I love these workouts. I have started off with light weights and I still feel it because of all the repetitions that you do.I don’t pay attention to what the trainers say some of it is cringe, I only pay attention to the workouts and I love Rachel and Dan 😊

The DVDs are pretty scratched up. On disc 3, it skips an entire section. I wasn’t able to get the “leg” segment to play at all, it just kept skipping.

Money well spent.
