Incredibly helpful for school, I can download my class notes to the remarkable and follow along with the lectures just fine. Seemed to come pre used with the pen being slightly worn and a bunch of random files in it in another language, but seriously the best investment I've ever purchased.

amazon sold us a nonfunctional product that i paid hundreds for and now is ignoring me
The media could not be loaded. it doesn’t work we asked to get an exchange we have got nothing. amazon removed it from my orders apparently so they don’t have to deal with it! i have called emailed and nothing no reply SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS
