Cushions looked and felt very cheap and not like the picture with regards to depth of colour. They were very dull in colour. Customer service was shocking too! Paid £13 to return them so they were tracked and company denied having received them and I had to email them my proof of receipt. They then dragged their heels refunding the money and I had to send several emails.

I did have to return them because the colour was not quite right for me, but Loft25 agreed a refund along with the postage I paid which happened within a few days. If it wasn’t for the colour I would definitely still have them.

Purchased two to go on a double garden seat. One pillow had black stitching and black zip, other had white stitching and white zip. Frayed ends near zip with threads sticking out. Worst of all, black zip twisted at the end so doesn't fully close at the end. Shoddy workmanship. Also colour looks more blue than charcoal in real life (my photo doesn't pick up true colour). For the price, looks rather cheap.

They are made from lovely material and finished to a high standard.The waterproof element has been tested recently and passed with flying colours!
