I had originally ordered a Jsculpt belt in a 4x, the size recommended to me based off of my measurements. While the quality of that belt was great, my hip to waist ratio was just too powerful for it and so it rolled up a lot in the back. I ordered one of these in a 6x knowing that it would probably be a little loose at the top, but would fit better on the bottom, and I was right. It's nice and comfy, offers great back support when I'm powerlifting, and doesn't roll up in the back. The quality of the neoprene imo isn't that great, but I layer this over my sweet sweat belt and neither budge. Would buy again because quality/price levels out.

This product is not true to size. I have always been a medium and had to work extremely hard laying down just to get it zipped up once. I have never been able to get it on again. I'm sure that, once I've lost a little bit of weight, this will work well though. It is good quality for the price. I would recommend it, I would simply size up. I should note that I am pear-shaved and the problem lies where the zipper starts at your hips so other people may not have the same problem as me.

I came back to change my review. I bought a 5X and has to force it on the first day. I thought it was amazing. Though here I am a week and a half after receiving it and it isn’t amazing. I’ve washed it once after a five mile walk, air dried and it’s been weird since. It rolls in the back now and is almost too big for me to wear. I have to stretch the band across the entire thing to feel something. It’s fine for around the house but not wearing to actually work out since it can barely be washed.Original ReviewBought to wear day to day and fits like a glove. I’m 5’4, 260, with a lot of my weight centering around my stomach. I have a mom apron. It would not zip up, so I stepped into it like another review suggested and with some shimming it worked. Let me tell you it snatches you up. Like immediately. I plan to wear around the house and when I work out. Will probably buy the smaller size soon.

So this is my 2nd one my first one I had to throw away, however this belt does work really well. Iit’s comfortable enough to wear all day if you get the correct size. I’m 5’9 and weigh 186. I will see how this works with my work outs and stomach wraps and I’ll update y’all in 30 days.I will say this the all black extends over the pubic bone so I will say if you are going to wear it long term wear with underwear because when you sit down the way the bottom is shaped it can cut into your pelvic area from the rubbing, when I say cut into your skin I do not mean it will cause bleeding but if you bruise easily like my self. I have a quarter size bruise from the rubbing so be mindful of that. Enjoy

I was a bit sceptical to order from this seller because there was no review on this product but I couldn’t find my size from other sellers so I took a chance and bought this it’s a toot pretty good even thou I just it gosh for the first time. It’s really good material and fits nice not uncomfortable and doesn’t roll like other wasot trainers, I will come back again to give my review after using it for long

I measured my waist and went strictly according to the sizing guide, especially after reading all the reviews to do that. Unfortunately it was way too big - at least 2-3 sizes too big. Im going to try and return it, however having ordered from Australia I don't know how expensive/practical that's going to be. Disappointed.However the item seems to be really good quality, so I'm hoping to order again

It was way too small. It was a 5X. My mother is 150 pounds and she couldn't get it around her even.

This I ordered a few sizes too large just incase as I figured it may run smaller.. well it is sooo tight on me im an xl normally and ordered 3xl well It was too small.

I like it, it works nicely.
