Love my Galaxy Book!
I love this laptop! It connects seamlessly with my Samsung devices. The batter lasts a long time. It has some good processing power to handle all the applications I work with on a daily basis. I love the 360 design for reading and watching videos. There are so many great features to list.

Love everything about it!
I paid the same price I would have at Samsung but didn't have to trade in my old laptop. This is a nice speedy laptop. Had no problem connecting to my other Samsung devices. Fast starting. Still exploring everything but so far it's perfect.

Major flaw
I bought this in December, looking for a laptop so I can use it for my 3d printer and digital editing. That part works great! Now I bought this because I am pro samsung, but this failed edge on this new laptop I am upset about. I have been very careful with it and now it made a crack sound and the screen is starting to separate. I am trying to figure out a fix or get a replacement. I now have no screen to see

Not as fast as it should be!
I have been a Samsunger for 20+ years TVs, cell phones(especially), hard drives, ear phones, tablet, etc and now I have finally tried one of their laptops that I actually didn't know they made but needless to say I am very disappointed. Bro I have an 11 yr old i5 Toshiba Satellite laptop that is slightly faster than this Samsung laptop once she boots up and all systems are ready. I expected a 2026 i7 16GB unit to be snappy but basic functions seemed to take too long and often hung up. Browsing on Chrome, making settings changes, downloading files those few items were freekin slow that was very disheartening. I had to kill apps from the task manager which also took longer than expected to pop up. And I say "longer than expected" bcuz I have 4 other computers with comparable specs that do not hiccup especially for basic stuff. I did like how fast it boots up but that's it, I installed a DAW(Ableton Live 12) and that was a huge mistake, waaay too much latency no matter how much I adjusted the sampling rate and buffer. So I am immediately abandoning the Samsung laptop...it is sleek and it does have the USB-C Thunderbolt ports...not all USB C is the same...you have to observe this especially if u are using more than 2 monitors. I have a 4 computer 3monitor KVM switch that supports USB-C, I may not use it much but I like the option to be able to do so when i get ready to do it.

Muy buen servicio, la computadora en excelente estado, una calidad de pantalla excelente, pero no viene con el lápiz de samsung, pero todo lo demás por el momento muy bie. Perfecto
