It does register different numbers when a working garage door opener button is pushed, I dont know how accurate the frequency is, but it works for what I needed

GY560 mini Frequency Counter...
These things are horrible. I had one that worked, and not well at that. Turn it on a month later, while NOT storing a battery in it as I don’t want corrosion causing problems, and it now does not turn on. I’ve used it maybe 4 times, and now dead. Spend more money on something with a bit more quality.
