The sofa set is just as pictured. Not too stiff but also not a sofa you sink into. It was super easy to screw the legs on. The back pillows are nice, thick and fluffy. Making for a comfortable back rest. I’m happy with my purchase and the price is great for the set.

I will contact customer service and see if anything can be do done. I will update again with the outcome of my email. Other then this problem I love them.

Color is actually deeper brown than the pictures at Amazon. Good. Fairly well constructed. Throw pillows come with it. 4 for the couch and 2 for the love seat. Will need a hammer to bump down shipping staples. Or pliers to remove the ones that are sticking out. Plastic legs not a fan of, but they work.

The pillows were a bit outdated, so we replaced them, but the couches themselves are perfect for our needs. They are firmer cushions for seating, and the backs are more giving. Delivery team had us inspect before leaving to be sure we were happy with the results. (And we were thrilled!) the armrests are a good height as well. 10/10 I would recommend this set to a friend!

I love this sofa! It is better than I expected. The cushions are hardhat comfortable, which I love. You don't sink down into the sofa and have to struggle to get out. The material is soft and elegant looking! I am very pleased with this purchase. It is well worth the money!
