Avoid this camera
I read the reviews and took the gamble on this camera. Unfortunately all of the reviews held true. The camera was inaccessible and would not connect on the specified up address or connect via ONVIF to a Hikvision. I bought a cheaper fixed unit which connected within 60 seconds out of the box. I’m a technical person dealing with Ip everyday so please avoid this camera even thou the price is appealing.

Good value
I bought 3 of these to use outside our property and 6 months later they are still working perfectly adequately. Good enough quality for what we require and have several different apps to view on phone, tv or laptop.

Not hikvision compatible
Bought to add to hikvision system as it was supposed to be compatible but sadly it was notReturned.

Works well in Xeoma
Hi. I just wanted to let the community know that it works well in Xeoma. Xeoma was able to pick the camera up via a auto search. All feathers work with no issues or alterations. This included PTZ.The quality is good, feels good. Video quality is good. Over all I'm very happy.

***DO NOT BUY***
Do not buy this product it is supplied with an non uk compliant two pin to Europe/USA adapter I will be informing trading standards...The camera will only work IE 11 explorer which is an outdated and eventually discontinued browser.Build quality is questionable and I doubt this product would withstand british weather.This product is being returned.

Compatible with Hikvision NVR.
This is a ptz camera support onvif protocol and hikvision protocol. I use hikvision protocol to add this camera to nvr and it works well. ptz control on nvr is responsive.The camera has bracket so it takes little to get it install on the wall. PoE function is great.Image is clear.Tech support is helpful.

Does not work none of the links work to get the software and the cameras do not work waste of money this company should be shut down waste of my money

Adorable mini ptz dome
I will go out for days, so I bought this security camera for my house. The camera arrived in good package.The camera has a wall mount bracket,it is not hard to find a position to install. Smooth live view and PTZ control on iPhone App "Hisee". Picture is clear. No complaint.
