This is a great product! Had sap on car that was baked on in a car wash. Followed the directions and it took it off easily with no damage to the clearcoat

I have a 2024 CRV and this worked perfectly for removing sap that had hardened over a period of 2 months. It had no issues with both the 3M clear film protector and the normal paint. This product is a little overpriced here on Amazon compared to other options though.

I use this product for bugs that hit my car and spatter their bodily contents all over. I find it works best if I spray it on and let it sit for about 10 minutes before wiping everything off. I then usually wipe it again with warm water. I’ve never had a problem with any damage to the paint.

Removes easily

Product works fantastic. No mor scrubbing and scrubbing to get bugs and tar off front of car. Spray on and let it set a couple minutes and wash off. Our car washes were not even removing the bugs fully. It works!

Works

Don’t spray directly on car as it splatters all over. You need to make sure you wipe up everything. Areas where I didn’t wipe it off it created a hard difficult layer on paint. Looked someone keyed my car. It was very difficult to remove those areas. Was easier to use a wash cloth with warm water to remove bugs.

I recently got sap on my new car. I was afraid to try my old go-to (nail polish/isopropyl alcohol) since was car was brand new. I heard this product worked well. Unfortunately, it was largely disappointing. It worked on the windshield after several applications but failed to remove the sap from the hood of my car. Going to have to try something else and pray it doesn’t ruin my car.
