It really does the job with my lower partial. The strio does slowly dissolve during the course of the day, but to me that is a good thing. At bedtime there is only a small amount of residue to remove.My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to break into the protective plastic wrap that contains the strip. It is like trying to break into Fort Knox.

Easy to use. Kept dentures in place. Nice to use instead of dental adhesive.

I just started with a partial on the top. The dentist gave a starter kit. However, the tubes make me nauseous. So I went online and found these had the best ratings. I have no problem with these. It's advised to wet the denture first, thoroughly wet both sides of the strips , let a rest a few seconds, then position. Placing it on a towel to apply may be easier for some. These stay on all day. Rinse your mouth with water and the piece comes out easily. To open the packs, bend the plastic down a bit a couple times and it peels away.

I bought these strips because my dental implant denture was coming completely out of my mouth while speaking. This was a temporary fix until I could afford to replace the O-rings. It is a good grip, for sure. I'm careful on placement so it only sits on the gums, not over the holes in the implant. I'm trying to quit smoking (unrelated obviously) but using chew sticks will loosen the grip right up quite quickly. I'm sure that these would stick for a full day if I weren't trying different ways to kick the habit.

I use these for my partial... poly grip is the only glue that I use, because they have the plain flavor that's not minty and it's just the best hold out there...but I HATE how it gets all gunky and stays in your mouth afterwards. I decided to get these strips, hoping it would eliminate that because I've tried other strips and they eliminated the gunky glue, but they weren't as good of a hold. These strips do hold very well, but they turn into glue!!...so when you take them out, it's the exact same as if you would've put the glue in... so it definitely does not eliminate the gross glue in your mouth after which is extremely disappointing.

I like these straps so much better than the stuff in the tube. The hold lasts a lot longer and it doesn't ooze out. Very happy with the results.

I've used both Poligrip paste from a tube as well as Sea-Bond adhesive seals. Poligrip paste holds well but the clean up time from removing the paste from your dentures as well from inside of your mouth is time consuming were the Sea-Bond seals are a faster and easier method.Hoping that these Poligrip strips would bridge the difference but unfortunately they have started to lose their effectiveness in about 8 hours . The strips eventually turn into what you would get from using the paste so I'm not sure what the market for these are for. With 40 strips in a box, via instruction, you should have 5 days of use (3 strips place in a triangle for upper denture, 2 strips for lower denture). I feel these are best for use of you lose adhesion and need a quick fix. I've had that issue with both Poligrip and Sea-Bond in the past.Application is printed and fairly simple. Clean and dry dentures, rinse mouth, apply strips after applying a small amount of water to strips, place in mouth and bite down.As before, I was hoping these would bridge the gap between the two aforementioned products between Poligripe's gooey clean up and not having to trim Sea-Bond seals to fit your dentures. They do adhere and 8 hours may be enough for some. They held up well with eating yet lack longevity, so buyer beware.
