Bluebonnet products are always effective and excellent. I highly recomment Bluebonnet.

Resveratol might be helpful
Bluebonnet resveratol came recommended to help with aches and pains due to inflammation. It is one of the main ingredients in more costly anti-inflammatory drugs found widely advertised. In my case I am not sure whether the resveratol has helped. I do think along with other anti-inflammatory ingredients: holy basil, horny goat weed, salmon oil, I have some positive results.

That I believe they are of very good quality.
I liked that they are NON-GMO, free of soy and yeast products. I like that they are 500 mg, the glass bottle makes me feel they are of good quality. And that they are made by Bluebonnet, a company I believe is of very good quality.
