Item was delivered on time. Delivery follow up and support from Powermax was very good. Installation of the Jogpad 3 is very easy. You can use the manual or refer to video sent by Powermax team. Treadmill is very good. I have been using it for a month now. Size is decent for small rooms. Operation is silent. All options are easy to access while doing the workout. The watch is very useful and works as intended. Till now I have used for 30 mins at a stretch and no issues were observed.

Easy to move, best for home use, strong build. Takes less space and serves the purpose. Go for it!

Please don’t buy any products from this brand. I bought a treadmill in July and have faced multiple issues in the last 6 months. The digital display isn’t functioning well, and this has happened for the second time. Their customer support is terrible no one picks up the number on their website, and I’ve had to constantly follow up with the technician about when they’ll come to pick up the product, repair it, and return it. The technicians they send are not professionals and don’t know how to fix the treadmill.

superb....very simple and nice to use...more comfort for a single person use .easily fold it and keep it under cot I requested the service expert to change the power cord from 16 amp to 6 amp ,a quick response from their side. Changed it within two days. Really hats off to the team . Totally the performance of treadmill and their service are really appreciated

Amazing for longer workouts also. It’s a compact treadmill. Jog pad is the right word coz you can sustain running on it for even an hour. Which is what I do. Light running Upto 7.5 speeds consistently though it goes up to 9. Walking also. The area is sufficiently large if you don’t use the table top attachment. In fact I barely use that but is useful to have when working and walking. It is space saving as it can be folded neatly and kept under a bed. Ideal for home workouts and has helped improve my steps tremendously!

The jogpad 3 is a good buy. It's sturdy and easy to use. It's worth completely and easy to handle n store too. The only thing I wish it was comparable with some mobile app which it is not. That would have been a perfect value for money if all data of the individual could hv been recorded and been track for future health parameters. Otherwise it a grt investment.

Didn’t expect much but it impressed me!. Not as big as a regular treadmill or small as a regular jog pad which was perfect for me as I needed a mid size machine for everyday. Didn’t take much to assemble, very simple. The built in desk is a great plus. The built in desk is outstanding! very sturdy, spacious and handy. Allowed me to jog comfortably while working on my laptop. It held my laptop, a note book, a large water bottle and an iPhone. Desk hight is adjustable. There is a Bluetooth speaker which works just fine and was handy as well in case if you want to jog and listen to music or watch something. Didn't feel like I needed to use the watch but it’s a good addition. Comes with a lubricant as well. Overall, very good and impressive.
