Love the poster but one thing to note is that the size is not 20 x 30 as advertised. I put them in frames and had to add a mat for this one

Great exercise ideas
I especially enjoy this poster because it gives me great exercise ideas by using an easy-to-follow guide. The drawings are easy to understand and make perfect sense. They even have a colored area which shows the exact muscles each exercises targeting. This makes it easy for me to specifically choose exactly the right workout to make my body look the way I want and not have to waste time I'm doing unnecessary exercises that I don't need.

did the dog eat it?
the posters arrived in a huge undamaged box, as pictured. the contents inside however appeared to have been shoved into the box. they are wrinkled and have folds that will not come out, ever. I had only purchased one but planned to buy the set; I think i’ll hold off on that.

Great for a High school exercise room.
I bought the body weight and dumbbell workout posters. They are great! I got them for a high school exercise room and they are well illustrated so that the students can understand what exercise to do for each muscle. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Poster arrived damaged on the corner and dented in other places but the box arrived in good condition...go figure. Otherwise the info provided by the poster is good. Just wished I had time to send this back because of principle.

Awesome customer service, quality product
I was so upset with this order at first. Was supposed to receive 3 posters and only received a damaged dumbell workout poster. After my original review, Josh from Bitzpro reached out to me and sent me three perfect posters. Don’t see customer service like that anymore and I’m thrilled with the service and product!
