All parts came but the packaging was not factory packaging I think... because the machine was not properly secured as I also have previously bought from authorised Bambu lab sellers in India ...Machine could have been broken during shipping but mine didn't... So be aware of that... Works great no issues so far... Little bit assembly required but came with proper guide... Print quality is top notch

The printer Ptfe tube connector was broken and the y axis was making abnormal sound. The printer was used before.
