Why does the Vantrue E1 Pro camera get hot during use? Is it dangerous?

It is normal for the camera to generate heat during operation. The product is designed with multiple safety features including flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and over-temperature self-protection, so no safety issues will occur.

What makes the Vantrue E1 Pro unique?

The coin-sized Vantrue E1 Pro doesn't block your view but delivers true 4K Ultra HD. Equipped with STARVIS 2 and PlatePix, it captures sharp details and plates in low light—night vision performance is especially outstanding.

Is the WiFi app connection often unstable?

No. The Vantrue E1 Pro comes with a 5G WiFi module for fast, stable transmission. If disconnected, it's likely your phone switched networks—just re-pair in WiFi settings to reconnect.

How is the STARVIS 2 sensor different from other chips?

STARVIS 2 enables vivid nighttime recording with superior low-light performance, high sharpness, and minimal noise. Its precise exposure control balances light and shadow, ensuring license plates remain clearly legible.
