Absolute Junk!
This worked poorly for about 30 minutes before breaking. The batteries seemed to be getting wet internally. While it did work, it took several tries to before soap came out. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly with my hand underneath to get soap. I would hear the pump working but nothing until about the third try. Also, the feet on the bottom are cheap foam, not rubber.

The dispenser went off on it's own one night and dispensed all of the soap into the sink and leaked into the canister and battery areas. Don't waste your money. This is the second one it has done the same thing to. I wouldn't even give it one star but that option isn't available. So I wasted 8 batteries and a bunch of Dawn. What a mess.

I would not buy this again. Waste of money.
Dispenser only lasted three months. Battery went dead and even after replacing it, dispenser didn’t work properly. Soap would not come out anymore and flow adjustment did not work.

After 3 days soap leaked into the batteries and now unusable
We had one of these for 2 years and it broke so we bought another one. After three days the plastic holding the batteries let soap leak in and now all we can do is throw it away. Would not recommend.

Do not buy
The soap dispenser plastic inside was cracked. As well as the battery department was leaking soap. We threw it away.

Stopped working
Worked properly for a few weeks. I was excited to have it. Then, slowly the soap started dispensing at a minimum amount even when you increased the amount to be released. I would check the soap levels because I thought I was running out. Nope, FULL! Then, about a week ago, it stopped working completely (about 3 months after delivery). I checked the batteries and they were bleeding. They were getting wet. I cleaned the battery dispenser and changed the batteries. No bueno. It no longer works. Waist of money. Wish is did work because I liked the concept.

Automatic
This soap dispenser is nice modern look ,and it working good,especially for little kids ,my kids skip the soap part sometimes,because of the regular soap pump,whatever ,they got no excuse now. It is automatic!
