This Works wonders
Value for your money! I have purchased this twice and i have seen a big difference with my skin and hair!! I get so many compliments on my skin! I am 27 and almost everyone (females) always guess i am 23 . My hair was dead for a long time! It wouldn’t grow! And my hair will split! But taking this supplement does help me. I usually give myself break for about a week or two weeks from taking and then I start back up because I don’t wanna overload myself either, but I can tell when I need to start taking them again definitely repurchase given the fact that this is my second bottle.

Made me eyes red
It made my eyes red and gave me a headache so I had to stop taking them. It must be something I’m allergic to. But they do give you a lot of large pills. Your experience may be great though.
