The smart hoop is a friendly user and it comes with 32 links in total. The hoop is easy to put together and I like how thick the hoop is. The material is strong and it is comfortable to wear. Once you get the hoop going it is easy to get the exercise going. It is not quiet but I was not expecting either, you can easily get your workout while watching your favorite T.V. show or listening to music to make it go by fast. I have been doing it for 5 days 30/40 mins and lost a link already. To remove the smart hoop, I recommend to gently bring the links throughs you and pull apart. It is easy to remove and store.

This is actually a lot of fun to use. Once you get it swinging it's like playing a game. You feel it when you're done, for certain. Removing a section is an exciting accomplishment!

Not as easy to keep it going, but I'm sure it's not the product's fault. Spins well. Doesn't hang up. It's not THAT noisy. Put on a TV show. You won't notice it.

I really like this product, it’s a lot of fun to use. It doesn’t even feel like you’re working out. There is a little bit of noise when using it but nothing a little music won’t drown out. It’s also really sturdy, I wasn’t worried about the weight flying off even when I got it going pretty fast. It even gives you spare parts, and plenty of adjustments to make it the size you need. There is a challenge sheet for 30 days which is pretty neat too. I try to split the time up and rotate it in one direction and then the other, and I’ll tell ya, I’m better going one way than I am the other lol.

The attachment (part that is supposed to spin around) is slightly too long to use comfortably. It does not spin around with ease.This makes it awkward, and as such, I will be returning it as there seems to be better options for the price point.

I’m so sad to say that I bought this a few weeks ago with all the using it every day but didn’t get a chance to do it until recently. When I tell you this thing, Combined with a YouTube video will have you sweating. I cannot wait to see the results.

I love this Hula-Hoop, but definitely has a learning curve. Easy to put together, but I thought I could Hula-Hoop, and I'm still figuring it out and we all know how much I love the color pink. It's gonna be great once. I can figure out how to Hula-Hoop. Again, it's not too loud. It's easy to put together, and I'm sure this will be a great way for me to lose weight and tone up.
