Amazing shower experience
The media could not be loaded. Seriously the best shower experience I have EVER had. We were worried about not having enough pressure with this type of rain head faucet. We were also worried that it was going to be junk due to the low price. And while I cannot speak to the longevity of this shower system yet, as we have only had it installed for a month. I can tell you that it looks beautiful and high-end. Our contractor said he had no issues installing and he also felt it was well made. The best part? The water flow is AMAZING. I literally feel like I am taking a shower under a real water fall. Makes rinsing my long hair a snap. We did ask our contractor to remove the governor. I only turn the water on half way and it is still Waaaay more water pressure than most showers I have ever used. And the water flows out in such a melodic and perfect way. LOVE LOVE LOVE this shower system!

Great looking, good value, See this review for help with leaks and PEX piping
The media could not be loaded. We bought three of these for outdoor showers. I used PEX piping for everything and ran into problems. I'm not good at anything copper so I thought I'd share this info with other PEX people.Basically the supply lines connect via hose pipe (washer and all) to two "offset" brass fittings and terminate to standard male pipe fitting. On each shower, we eventually had a small leak at the hose connection, when I tried to tighten after installation, the crimped PEX fitting just turned and there was no way to "hold" the offset fitting. What ended up happening is the offset would change the distance and geometry between supply lines and put angled stress on the faucet. The hose washer would eventually give and then never seat. I replaced them with new ones but they still had issues. On one, it even stripped out the faucet itself and was unrepairable. Nicely the company stood by their product and sent me a new one. I sent them a video of the problem and I'll share it here to maybe help others. Basically you have to notch out the decorative cover to hold the offset fitting with a 1/2 inch wrench. You can tighten all you want and the PEX fitting doesn't turn. beware of sharp edges on that thin metal and turn the notch to the bottom after tightening and you won't see the notch. As for the shower itself, it is very nice for the money. Everything flows well. We run two at once off 1/2 inch line with no problems. I only wish you could have both the rain and the hand spray on at the same time. The tiny knobs on the valve handle are screwed in and come loose easily. Will try some threadlocker and see what happens. Probably buy some decent hose washers and use them for the supply line connections.

Stylish and functional
This is an amazing product. We used it for our outdoor shower and it is perfect. We worked with customer service on getting a replacement part and they were amazing. Both the style and functionality of this shower are great!! I would definitely buy from them again.

Oil Rubbed Bronze Rain Shower System
Hello everyone inquiring about this shower system. I would like to begin by saying that first off, this is a lovely shower system, and it looks very beautiful. The oil rubbed bronze look is one that is unique and not many people deviate from the silver look to something like this. When I first saw this shower unit on amazon I was like "I have to have this!" I ordered it and it came in a timely manner. There are lots of good features as well as plenty of adversities, but it depends on your willingness to work with it, and how patient your plumber is. First thing I would like to add is that, no, this is not like the plumbing we deal with here in the United States, the measurement standards are different, so if your plumber can use his brain and knows what he is doing then it will take little time to make the adjustments so that this shower will be able to be installed in your bathroom. It did take a lot of work to get this installed, like maybe two days from about 9am to 10pm. One problem we ran into was that the threads on one of the adaptors leaked, no matter what we did it would leak. I can't remember how we combated this issue, but we eventually got it to stop leaking. I think we used some kind of plumbing tape around the threads. An issue we had with this unit is that the parts that screw into the knobs to turn the cold and hot side faucets would come unloose, they don't now but at first they did. The Shower system is pretty small so I suggest ordering the extender found here on amazon. The hardest thing I had to get over with this shower system is that there was no bathtub sprout which in my excitement I overlooked. So in order to combat this problem I had to order a different shower system with a tub sprout. Although the two systems were compatible there were problems that arose from joining the two, along with the extender, I had to sacrifice the hand held shower portion in order to keep the bathtub sprout and overhead rain fall shower head... I was pissed! But It all worked out with the shower sprout and the overhead sprout. The last problem I had with this was, a couple of times, inside the hot and cold knob, a washer would somehow come loose, and water would spray from the knob even though the water was turned off, this was only the hot side, and it happened twice. Other than that, I have no problems with this shower and the headache was minimal, like I said, it just depends on how creative your plumber is, the skill or experience, my plumber looked at everything and knew what had to be cut, what had to be soldered, etc. right away. I think we had more problems cutting the marble fixture than the actual shower system.
