Sprout up in my little countertop hydroponic garden in about 20 minutes, it seems like....Def overnight. Very pleased!

The seeds germinated pretty easily even when the temperature was only in the 60s. The flavor was strong too. Perhaps because of the variety and non GMO, the plants were very skinny, with only a handful of leaves per plant. There simply wasn't enough as a food.

What a waste of money. Granted it wasn’t much money, but I could’ve gotten more arugula for the money at the grocery store. Out of the 1000 seeds in the package I probably got about 50 plants and all they produced were very small leaves. Maybe enough for one sandwich or a minuscule salad. Don’t buy this “Amazon Choice.”
