It's not a bad taste, just interesting. Tangy, which I wasn't anticipating, but not bad.I've only been taking this stuff for a couple of days now, but I'm hoping to continue taking it daily, and hopefully I'll notice some kind of positive effects from it.The bottle suggests to shake well before use, and to take one dropper daily with food, so I've just been taking it with my breakfast. Thankfully it doesn't need to be refrigerated after opening, so that makes it easier for me to keep it within eyesight so I remember to take it each day.Anyway, it's pretty good so far, so hopefully it does something beneficial.

Extremely convenient long duration supply of B1. I've said it many times that pills tend to stop me from taking supplements as much as I should, so liquid or gummy forms enhance my uptake. The raspberry flavor in this is quite enjoyable. I found that I feel much better when taking B1 regularly, especially with milk thistle and NAC to help your liver stay strong and healthy. I would say the only criticism of liquid vitamins I have is precise dosing is more difficult. However with B1 that is not very important.

Con - the dropper leaks onto rubber top/fingers with each use :~( = Sticky messPro - No heart palps from my T meds so I think it is working

I got this on the advice of my Dr. I have not yet noticed any effect or differences as a result of using this…. At least not for the reasons it was recommended for me. But I guess changes will come with more time.The taste is ok…tolerable, I guess. I don’t hate it but neither do I love it. I mix it with various of my drinks to see what works best for my tastes. I have not found that perfect combo yet, but I will keep trying. In the meantime, I must reiterate…. Its not bad at all.I am unsure what else to expect from this since my doc recommended it for a singular reason. I will continue taking it until I am told otherwise, so I do feel that with time, I will see the desired results.
