Convenient interface
There is a very popular brand of garden hose that has been on the market for a few years that has aluminum end fittings. Not everyone knows, but aluminum and brass are highly reactive when in contact with each other. And, as far as I can tell all hose bibs (faucets) are made of brass. So, you have an excellent chance of these hose ends will "weld" themselves to your outdoor faucets. I even wrote the hose manufacturer for the name of the moron engineer who thought aluminum was appropriate for this application. They chose to ignore me.However, I overcame their design flaw by buying these plastic fittings to serve as interfaces between the two metals. The fact that they are quick disconnect is a real plus. I bought enough to have main body of the fitting installed on all outdoor bibs and the hose ends. The male portions are installed on all my nozzles, water driven spin brushes, irrigation equipment, and pressure washers.

Works with WORX
I had expressed an earlier concern/question about its compatibility with the WORX Hydroshot. I just tested the connectors and they work perfectly. They exactly fit both the WORX and the hose end and they connect/disconnect exactly as one would expect.

light duty ,thin plastic ,but a lot of fittings
If you only use the couplings on stationery items such as the house and or a sprinkler you will be happy but something like a hand held spray gun unless you are very careful or lucky the joint is going come apart and your probably getting wet. A couple of mine simply couldn’t handle the lateral stress the hose put on the fittings, The plastic they are constructed of is much thinner than other brands and cracks relatively easily . first one of the three clips that holds both fittings together pops off and then a few seconds later they separate , unless you used 1 of the couplings with the stopper inside that doesn’t let water flow when the couplings separate. Then you might be getting wet ( half of the female couplings are completely hollow which is not uncommon) All of this style of connectors are copies of the German made GARDENA brand , which are much better quality but not cheap

Good if you have enough water pressure
These are a good value for the money and seem to be well made. I would have rated them higher, but they significantly reduced the water flow to my hand nozzle and my sprinkler. I have a well and the pump will only produce about 35 psi by the time it gets up to the house. More than adequate for most purposes, but not high enough for these connectors. The problem is with the female end that has a check valve sort of stopper. When the male adapter is inserted, the valve is pushed open allowing the water to flow. Great idea, especially so that you can disconnect the connector and the water will be cut off. Unfortunately the design has a pretty high pressure drop across it, so when there isn't a lot of residual pressure, the flow rate is noticeably reduced. If you're on municipal water, they may be a good option. Those of us with wells are better off with connectors that don't restrict the flow as much.

Hit or miss.
Pieces seem durable and you get enough for your money. However a few of the pieces when they connected don’t form a waterproof seal and a lot of leaks. So some of them work and some of them don’t work. But for the pricing compared to a product which is called Gardena they seem durable and you get enough for your money. However a few of the pieces when they are connected just don’t form a waterproof seal and a lot of leaks. So some of them work and some of them don’t work. Gardena a well known product is much more expensive but works perfectly. I ordered more and out of all of them maybe 50% of them actually have a complete water seal when connected. i’m guessing hit or miss

May leak a little when attachement is connected
Have used this type of connections for many years. Been running out of them as they can break or just walk away. These work with the old "Lego" (might be some other Lego, not the one with Benny and his space ship) brand from 15+ years ago.Shuts off water flow when attachment is removed. I have used metal ones that shut off the flow as well in the past. The metal ones seem to have resistance cutting down the flow too much. These fittings don't cut the flow down that much.

Cheap and fast
I only needed one of the pieces but, for only a few bucks more I was able to get a spare and some other pieces to lose around the garage. As far as cheap plastic connectors, that's what these are. The piece I needed was super snug and took some effort to make it click", but it didn't leak. You could pay more for similar connectors, but why should you. They don't look terrible and the piece I used didn't leak. Save cash on these and buy a good hose.

Low quality
Within the first few times using these, I've had to throw half of the hose attachments away. They are low quality and brake very easily. More specifically, there are three little pieces inside the hose attachments that lock them in place. They wore out almost instantly.
