The product worked as it was designed. Slides in and out of the clubhead with no problem. For me, the washer was not required to be used.

The weight did help like I wanted it to.

This came from China on a slow boat. Took 25 days to get it. But, it fits and comes out easy so it was worth it. Haven't hit it yet but feels a lot better than the 12 Gm. weight that came with it.
