Hilph 3D Double-Layer Gel Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap Rotator Cuff Cold Therapy

I was injured earlier this year and have a muscle tear in my shoulder. This product has not disappointed at all. Weight is not to heavy, the size is good, the strap sticks well and have not had problems with it. Temperature stays cold for about 20 minutes. I am blown away by how amazing this product was and I picked randomly while comparing and glad this is the one.

Very easy to use and comfortable. I have used once for cold and can’t believe I tried ice bags for so long. This is so much better for shoulder injury (rotator cuff tear). I even slept better. Only used once so not sure how it will hold up but more than worth it.

Apparantly my issue needs more than just support but, this thing does help some. Pros : 1. Fits well and not too hard to situate. 2. Heatable/Freezable Gel-pack included. 3. Does provide some support 3. Usable on either shoulder Cons: 1. Just didn't provide as much support as I was hoping but, some beats none (probably due to my issue and not the brace). 2. The front buckle on the positioning strap keeps wanting to pull sideways (loosening the snugness and crinkling up the strap so, that kinda gets on my nerves a little). Overall, I'm satisfied with it. It's versatility (hot/cold & usable on either shoulder) justifies the purchase (if only for what it does for me now plus, what I may need it for in the future). Really helps with sleeping (rolling over on side/shoulder) I gave it a 4 but, could reach a 4.5 star rating.

I bought two of these, one for cold and one for heat treatments. This product does a good job as a cold pack. I feel it lacks as a heat pack as it takes much greater time in the microwave oven than that recommended by the manufacturer. It doesn’t stay hot very long either. The other item is the fit on the arm and shoulder which I find difficult. I bought the medium size whose dimensions more than cover my arm and chest dimensions however it is a struggle to get it on my upper arm, very tight fit. When I first put it on the black on the neoprene rubbed off on my shirt. Again as a cold pack it works well once I get it on which helps my shoulder pain.

The best $20 I've ever spent. Quality material that is form-fitting, thus providing additional compression. And, it beats bags of melting ice secured with Ace bandages.

Recently had rotator cuff surgery. This ice pack is perfect to use after PT or if you just need relief from pain. You can make it tight, with the attached Velcro strap, to compress on your shoulder, which really helps with the pain. It gets really cold and stays cold for a good 10 to 12 minutes.

LIKE: This is way better than the crap the VA and physical therapist gave me. Simple yet effective. You can switch out the ice pad with and other that is equal to or smaller than the one that is provided. DISLIKE: Due to the size of my bicep it was not big enough to wrap around. Recommendation add extensions strap for those with bigger arms. The strap that wraps around the body could be longer but fits my frame. Easy fixes by manufacturer. If they take this under consideration. Over all a good product. I recommend it to others with shoulder issues.

My wife has torn her tendons in her shoulder and whilst waiting for surgery the doctor has recommended cold treatment. This shoulder cold pack is excellent. It's well made and has a nice feel to it. You can buy an extra ice pack insert if you need it. It fits and holds well, even on a smaller person. It took about 30 minutes to freeze (but stays flexible) and provided about 30 minutes of therapy. We haven't tried heating it but I'm sure it will work just as well. It is fiddly to put on and really needs someone doing it for you (especially if you already have a painful shoulder!!). Definitely recommend this is you need a shoulder ice pack that stays where you need it. At under $30 it's great value for money. Full 5 stars.

Producto practico y de buena calidad, llevo un buen tiempo con el y me ha servido mucho, es verdad que a veces lo uso en diferentes lugar que el hombro, por lo que también puedo decir que es algo versátil.

Vu des commentaires sur ce produit je contredis tous, qui se complaignent sur son utilisation. Tres agreable a porter, facilement à mettre avec un bras et assez de substance dans le sac pour bien refroidir 15 à 30 minutes. J'ai une double boursite douleurs 5-3/10 dans l'epaule et apres 5 jours sans grand effet avec antiinflammatoires maintenant jour 3 avec ce produit - et je peux recommencer avec des exercices kine et changer vers une dose et des produits moins agressives pour l'estomac. Hier j'ai meme pu recommencer de conduire la moto. Donc tres satisfait. Mes seuls b-moll: a) Si vous ajoutez un deuxième sac pour faire des traitements chaud-froid-chaud serait ideal. Je prends un sac congélateur pour la partie chaude...mais dans une serviette pour pas me bruler. b) Tous légèrement - 2-3 cm - plus large en haute permettrait de couvrir l'épaule encore mieux. Je me debroille en le poussant vers l'avant, puis derrière - mais ca refroidit le grand muscle donc pour 30 minutes. Néanmoins - pour l'instant tres utile.

The material quality of this ice pack is extremely good and it feels very durable. However, I purchased it for shoulder impingement syndrome, and it wasn't as effective for that specific issue as I had expected. It's a great product, but it might not be the best design for every type of shoulder pain.

Im grunde ist der Schulterkühlgurt etwas feines , wenn man kräftig gebaut ist und auch kräftige Oberarme und Schultern bzw. breiten Rücken hat . Was bei mir nicht der Fall ist , das Kühlakku rutscht bei meinem schmalen Körperbau immer runter oder verdreht sich . Für mich als schmalgebaute Frau ist es leider nicht zu gebrauchen . Das Produkt an sich ist aber sehr zu empfehlen.
