Good book but repetitive.
This little gem is cute! Book is kind of repetitive though. But I love the leaving a letter for stranger idea and have done it a few times now.

Try this out, it’s a beautiful way to change the world
I joined the FB group having been recommended by a friend, bought the book & voila, here we are. It is such a beautiful & kind way to change your work & outlook. If you are having a bad/ sad day, write a letter full of encouragement that you would like to receive & go on an adventure to hide it for a stranger to find. It really is uplifting & I do this with my 9 yr old son. It’s a way for us to enjoy some special time together. He loves to hide letters & he’s learning to be kind, to practice writing, etc. I’ve bought the book for some of my patients who suffer with depression & they love it too....... give it a try, you have nothing to lose ❤️❤️❤️

My colleague loved the book. I too will be purchasing my own copy soon. Very therapeutic with helpful guides for writing. Allows you to write to a range of individuals.
