It is ILLEGAL to not list ALL ingredients. The current label 08/06/2021 says "no other ingredients". 2 grams (3/4 tsp) is a HUGE amount to suggest consuming IF this is pure extract. As a sweetener 1/32 tsp = 2 tsp cane sugar. Extract to extract it is about the same sweetness as Stevia extract. They are both 200 to 300 times sweeter than cane sugar. Combine them (1 to 1) to cancel their nasty after taste. For me 1/16 tsp PINCH of combined = 1 tsp cane sugar.

Q: Is this product 1 part mong fruit and 9 parts erythritol, or 9 parts mong fruit and 1 part erythritol?

The powder is taken out at a 10:1 ratio, meaning that for every ten parts of Monk Fruit, one part is extracted, making this a highly concentrated solution. Erythritol is a naturally occurring by product of the powder, meaning it is not added.

You will not get it to "dissolve". It is powdered fruit (think finely ground), just like finely ground Cacao powder.
