Effective Sleep Promoter
I have tried other brands magnesium to promote sleep and have been disappointed. Olly is the brand that knocks me out within 30-40 minutes! I have been getting restful sleep. I keep my bottle by my bedside. PleaseFollow the directions however it takes two at bedtime to give me a restful sleep.

Olly missed the ball with this one
Generally I really like Olly brand vitamins and supplements so I had no hesitation when ordering this product. However, I have to say, I was disappointed in this one. For one the serving size is 4 gummies which, to me, is a little excessive. Another thing I couldn't get passed was the taste and texture. It had an off flavor and the texture was almost sticky. Unless you can only take gummies, I wouldn't recommend this product.

I don't get leg craps in my sleep after melting and chewing up 3 of these before bed time.

Non groggy best sleep
Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. Helps my husband go back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night and can't seem to turn his brain off. So happy there is not melatonin in it, used to use melatonin a lot but id be groggy in the morning like after nyquil. This helps me get rest that my body needs but not feel out of it in the morning.
