Small But Mighty
Right out of the box the HomePod was very easy to set up, only requiring one to bring their iPhone near to the speaker. Right away the sound was impressive. Is it as good as the regular HomePod? Not exactly, but it works perfect in small rooms. So it’s perfect for a bedroom, a bathroom (keep it ventilated), or a laundry room. One of the features I really appreciated is being able to combine it with other HomePods in my home in endless combinations to play Apple TV or just to use with Apple Music, SiriusXM, or any music service you can think of. For it’s tiny size, the Apple HomePod mini delivers amazing sound that is customized to the room in which it’s placed. Get the white one if you want it to disappear in front of your light painted walls, or get a brightly colored one to accent a room.

i'm giving us five stars even though I didn't keep it let me tell you why
The first reason is no house returns the second reason is I do think this is a good starter pod. Pods can get cheaper they can also get more expensive smart speaker whatever you wanna call them and I've seen someone on Amazon for $1500. This is a good starter pod. I thought this song quality was easy and insulation was seamless. The sound quality was excellent. Ask for function it depends on what you want. Alexa is more skilled at conversation the apple pod is more straight to the point. It's good for throwing up productivity... but maybe not answering specific or I should say more obscure questions. I think Alexa is the friendly E4 and I think of Apple as the all serious Sergeant Major. That will make sense to somebody

Would not connect, pair, reset or restore
Spent hours trying to get it to connect to my phone and set up a hub. No luck with pairing, no luck resetting, no luck restoring with either my MAC or my PC. After a few hours gave up and set up a return. The white light just slowly blinks no matter what I do or touch. Plus it smelled musty, as soon as I opened it my nose went on alert, lol. But I was willing to overlook that if it worked, then it didn't.

Speaker good, TBR a problem.
Bought it specifically for the included Thread Bridge Router but I could not get it to pair with my Bolt Se Matter Lock. The Speaker worked as well as a $100 speaker should work but returned it as I really needed the TBR.

It’s part of a whole!
I purchased the hub to be part of a home security system that included the Aqara hub, Apple Home App, Apple Home Pod and Aqara U400 Smart Lock. I now have hands free access to my front door that takes advantage of a ton of iOS features that include my Apple Watch Ultra 3 and iPhone 17 ProMax. I can also use the lock’s biometric fingerprint feature, numeric combination code or a good old fashion key. After several attempts I ended up having all the parts integrated by a professional. And it has worked flawlessly ever since!

Cute speakers that work well in Apple households
The price of the renewed items is $20 higher than the price for the same ones new from the manufacturer website and a hardware update is imminent in Sep 2026. Returned unopened. Since these are not my first ones: Sound quality is good, the missing deeper frequencies are the tradeoff for the size. It is a speaker the size of an orange, in this regard these are quite capable in sound and volume. Incorporate flawlessly into the Apple home environment, the color adds a bit liveliness to wherever you place them. For my use case the compatibility with the Apple environment makes all the difference.

El artículo se ve bien pero no me deja vincularlo a la app de home, supongo que está vinculada a un dispositivo, ya traté de restablecerla y no me es posible, muy mal…

CUIDADO!!! producto reconstruido/renovado
En la descripción no se indica que el equipo es reconstruido, lo intenté sincronizar con mi iPad y mi iPhone y no se pudo, me indica que hay problemas con el wifi y de ahí no pasa.

No estoy seguro si el producto que recibí es nuevo o usado. Aunque no muestra señales de uso no viene en su empaque original y me costó mucho trabajo vincularlo al app de home. Tengo la impresión de que ya había sido vinculado antes porque tuve que resetearlo para que me dejara vincularlo. El empaque es solo una caja de carton que dice "refurbished" y "new" pero la publicación no dice que sea reacondicionado. Era para un regalo y fue raro entregarlo así.

No es un articulo nuevo.
Pedi dos piezas. pero llegaron remanufacturadas, el anuncio no indica que el producto NO es nuevo. No viene en empaque de apple, sino en una caja de carton generica. Un mes después… aún no recibo mi devolución…
