So I have been taking this on my heavy lifting days with 12oz of water and it is a game changer. I have tried many preworkouts and most are not powerful enough for me. This is now 1 of 2 preworkouts that I like a lot and that are still available (not banned).This stuff hits you hard and fast. So far I have only done level scoops. I normally drink this at about 5am shortly after I wake up. I leave the house by 5:15am to head to the gym. I’m already talkative with my wife (who also gets up early) before I leave for the gym. Once I get to the gym I’m focused on my workout, have more energy and can blast through sets. I didn’t have any shaking but have been fidgeting at the gym after taking it while resting between sets. This gives good pumps too.This is also good for cardio. I can do hard cardio (including jogging or rowing) with no nausea (I have vomited from other preworkouts in the past during or shortly after hard cardio).Driving home from the gym I’m whistling or sometimes even singing along to songs. This really gives you great energy. It also gives you great focus. I can think better at work after taking it. There is no crash either. The only thing that could be a negative is it has no creatine, however I supplement that separately and it’s also in my post workout protein, so this still works for me. If you have a low caffeine tolerance I recommend starting off trying this with only a half scoop. This is good stuff!!!Disclaimer - I really like amped up preworkout and I have a high caffeine tolerance.Edit March 26th 2025: While I normally drive to the gym even on cardio only days, yesterday it was a bit warmer so I decided to go jogging outside. Big mistake. I drank a scoop of this mixed with about 12 oz of water and went running about 5-10 mins after finishing it. I also drank it rather quickly (instead of sipping it slowly over about a 10 min time period). Needless to say, I vomited some of this up about 12 mins into my run. So if your planning on taking this before cardio give a little time buffer so you don’t puke like me. If your lifting weights first and then doing cardio, or drinking this and driving to a gym for cardio the time between drinking and cardio might be fine- it has for me. Just watch out if you’re planning on drinking this and doing hard cardio right after. I still highly recommend this preworkout it’s good stuff!!!

This is actually really good. It's not as sour as I would like, it is more of a liquid green jolly rancher in terms of "sour" apple flavor. It's not bad at all, it's actually quite good but I was just expecting more of a sour punch that is all. It mixes great in just water with a cup and a spoon, no need to break out of the shaker bottle. The ingredients are also properly dosed thankfully, and you don't get shortchanged for the money here like some other brands.My only issue is that it has quite a bit of Alpha GPC 90% which seems to affect my sleep substantially. I don't get a good night's rest for the next 2 days after taking this and I can only really take it once a week or it's even worse as the issue compounds. I am used to supplements with the Alpha GPC 50% version, and while that dose also affects my sleep it is nowhere near to this degree as it is almost half as potent.I could take less than a scoop but then the other ingredients are less effective too making this overall not worth it to me personally and not something I would recommend to anyone with choline supplement sensitivity, but if you aren't sensitive to AGPC then I can easily recommend it as I do believe the ingredient dose and quality is worth it compared to other pre-workouts I have had.

I was looking for a new pre workout for a while and I came across this one. Plain and simple, but it sounded good. So I gambled.And boy was it worth it!This stuff exceeded my expectations by a lot!The first time I used it was on a cardio day on the treadmill. And I knocked about 25-30 seconds off my mile! The amount if energy and focus is insane! (Especially the focus during lifting)And on top of all of that... the flavor isn't so bad either. Not a super strong green apple flavor, but it gets the job done.Once I'm out, this is definitely a product I'll be purchasing again!It out shines my usual pre workout and I'm 100% a new fan!Great new product that I highly recommend trying!

The flavor is delicious compared to other preworkouts on the market. I’ve only taken it during the day and haven’t had issues sleeping or anything but being high-stim I wouldn’t take it later in the evening. I’m also not one to take a full scoop unless I REALLY need a good pump. Half to three-fourths is good for me, especially with how much caffeine is in a serving. Given the taste, focus, and endurance this preworkout provides, I’m a fan and would recommend.

I love a good tart flavor for preworkout to get you going in the morning. This tastes great, mixes pretty well, and has a good ingredient profile for effectiveness - nice even energy, good pump and strength and impacts.

This stuff is pretty decent decent and gives you great energy. It mixes well and the taste is really good.

The product itself is great, 5/5 there. TONS of energy, so I only do like half a scoop now which is perfect.My only qualm with it is the packaging. The narrow but tall container makes it hard to get the scooper without making a mess. I ended up transferring mine to a wider container so I could scoop without the mess.
