Great product and quality

I absolutely love the product and how it makes me feel Overall. I do however feel like my board is defective. I use it daily and over the last two weeks it’s become more noisy depending on how and where I’m standing on the board.

My husband and I are enjoying our new vibration plate. We use it every day and sometimes twice a day. I purchased it primarily to improve circulation. I have discovered that it also helps with relaxation. I find I get a better nights sleep if I use it before going to bed. In addition to standing on it, I also use it to vibrate the muscle tissue in my shoulders. This is especially helpful because I sit at a desk all day. I also find that it helps with balance. I would definitely recommend purchasing it. I find it to be a great bargain for the price. There are many more options out there that are A LOT more expensive - but do essentially the same thing.

Is what they say it was. You can feel muscles tighten when using.

This machine is absolutely a ton of fun!
