It is a well made item and so far I've had no problem with the gel pack. The gel packs look sturdy and heats quickly in the microwave. The item wraps around me great and it also gives some support to my back. It has eased the pulled muscle strain which is extremely painful.

Got this for my dad for siatica pain, he wears it when driving and said it was wonderful, he didn't feel his back pain for the whole drive

The pack was bought to help my wife who had a sore back. A bit early to give a review. We have used it as per the instructions and it has helped .

Brilliant item

Burnt a hole in microwave which leaked BE CAREFUL !!!! Although was very good before that happened, helped my backache a lot, belt is strong and secure and comfortable. Good design but gutted that there’s now a hole in it that leaks..,,

Works well in the freezer, however after a few uses the one that I put in the microwave is leaking the gel, I’ve been looking to buy replacement ones however I can’t see any which means I have to buy the whole thing again!!!!

Unfortunately, this item is not suitable to use as regular day.

Very nice quality heat belt – Soft material with very fine “Velcro” fasteners that have good grip. The main belt’s total length is 51” so subtracting 4” for the Velcro overlap gives a usable length of around 47”. A 16” extension piece was included which gives 12” more usable length totalling to around 59” or so. The split pocket for the heat pack is not to my liking as I would have preferred a simple pocket with an opening at the top but it works well enough. Also, I found the gel-pack was far too “floppy” for ease of handling. Unfortunately, after using the belt intensively for two weeks the gel-pack has now developed a leak (The pack was never overheated but maybe a hot spot had developed in the microwave which caused some damage) There was a second Gel-pack included with the belt so let’s see how long this one will last. PS - I do have a “solid gel-pack” from a very old worn-out belt that I have used. The heat pack itself is still in good condition and at 7” x 9” just about fits into this belts pocket so all is not lost.

Very comfortable and the fuel use cold or heat is a great option.

The Magic Gel Ice Pack was a good purchase for me. The size is not too big or small. I just wish that the gel pack stayed warm for a longer time.
