Very pleased with my purchase 😃. The printer is about 11 1/2" long or about the size of an Aluminum foil box. This thermal printer uses folded, rolled or single sheet thermal paper. The instruction manual comes with a QR code to easily upload their app to your phone. Instructions and care of the product are provided and easy to understand. Print outs are clear. If your prints come out fuzzy or not as clear, that's a good indication that the print bar needs cleaning. Cleaning the print head is easy. The only problem I had was alignment the of the paper so it wouldn't be off centered. I highly recommend this product especially if you are limited in space or don't want a bulky printer.

I'm fairly new to wireless thermal printers, and wasn't expecting much as far as print quality, though the print quality was a bit better than anticipated, so I am rating this more based on how easy the printer was to use and how portable it would be, as I do art and travel to various events and occasionally want a visual reference printed to work from.The printer has a setting for 2 paper sizes and came with some sheets for one of the sizes, but did not line up correctly and would rip on one of the ends when feeding the paper through the device. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the paper aligned to where it didn't catch on the sides.The biggest problem I had with the printer was the app needed to use the device. I have used wireless printing from my mobile device previously, my home HP desktop printer-copier-scanner can be used wirelessly on my mobile phone through the HP Smart app. This may be more of a personal preference with apps I am comfortable downloading to my phone, but I feel it's worth noting for others that may have the same concerns about what sorts of apps and the permissions required they are comfortable with using on personal devices.I did not like that the app required location permissions to be enabled in order for the portable printer to function. I do not see any reason the app needs to have location access to my phone in order for the printer to work. I can understand granting access, even temporarily to images or documents in my files, but my location is irrelevant to my printing activities.When I was pairing the device to my phone, I could see that some form a generic media-based Bluetooth hardware that is usually used in earbuds, headphones or speakers was used as the icon in my phone appeared the same as for media pairing and not the printer icon that appears for office type applications. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but this seemed problematic because the printer was appearing in my pairing options for the Bluetooth device in my car and I was getting some interference in Bluetooth connectivity with certain devices, and these are problems I did not have prior to installing the app to use the portable wireless printer. I tried multiple fixes, both with the Bluetooth of my car and on my mobile device, but I ended up just deleting the portable printer app completely and un-pairing the printer from my phone. Hopefully I will find a better way to work-around the app requirements for this portable printer when I do want to use it, but in the meantime, I don't use this type of printing often enough to keep the printer paired to my devices and the necessary app downloaded.

This is a fairly decent product.Before it can connect, you have to make sure that you go to your settings click on Apps, go to the Sharp Fox app, and make sure the Bluetooth is turned on. It doesn’t matter if your phone’s Bluetooth is on, the app’s Bluetooth has to be on as well. Mine wasn’t on after installing and I was confused why it wouldn’t connect until I did this.Better for tattoo artists rather than for word documents because the black color isn’t a sharp one. It’s very faded.

I got it two days ago first I thought it would print on normal A4 paper, but no for oooooo! iT ONLY PRINTS ON THERMAL PAPeR / and I guess we can buy a pack with 200 papers for only about 10 dollars, which is not bad. but the quality of the paper is like grocery shop reciept but its ok based on your usage. generally, it was good thing to use since it's portable and no need ink at all for ever the quality of printing is also ok I did it through my iphone with Bluetooth. I think it is also great for tattoo printing.
