PlayStation DualSense Edge Stick Module

I delayed this review to accurately assess the long-term durability of this joystick module compared to the original component. After six months of heavy use and hundreds of hours of operation, the module continues to perform flawlessly.Performance remains on par with the factory-installed unit. I have encountered no issues with stick drift or dead zones, and the input precision remains consistent. Given the straightforward installation process and the sustained reliability, this is an excellent replacement part.I highly recommend this module for anyone looking to restore their controller to its original specifications.

This replacement stick module for the PS5 DualSense Edge worked perfectly. Installation was super simple since the Edge controller was designed to swap modules easily, and within minutes my controller felt brand new again.The analog stick feels smooth, responsive, and accurate with no drift issues at all. It fits securely just like the original Sony module and works flawlessly in games. I was worried about getting a cheap knockoff feel, but this one honestly performs exactly how I expected.Definitely worth buying if your controller has stick drift or worn-out sticks. Much cheaper than replacing the entire controller.

Unfortunately, I always have stick drift issues with the DualSense controller. This little friend is really necessary.

These are a game changer. Being able to swap out a brand new set of sticks on my dualsense edge is amazing. These are packaged securely and came in brand new shape. Reliable and great feeling joysticks. Makes it feel like you're gaming on a new controller every time.

Easy replacement, just snaps in. Good to always have a pair as backup. Only downsides are they are a little expensive and don't have Hall Effect or TMR.

Idk how long it will work, but the replacement took 3 seconds. Kinda like Sony knows the specific issue they have which they sell the solution too... anyway, better this than whole joystick

When I point the stick forward it’s squeaking especially when pointing it up and moving left and right, which was the problem with the original stick. Can’t believe these things have such bad quality and are so expensive, my edge has been with me less than a year and it’s needs a replacement, and the replacement is also bad.. Sony has an issue with analog sticks in general

It's an Edge Stick Module. You know the rest.However, it is great to get a pair of these at the baseline new price of $24.96 CAD each: Go on eBay and see the many sellers asking for $50 to $100 for just one of these and you'll see how there was (and still is) a Scalper's market for these modules. I suppose Edge owners want to stockpile extras to combat the Stick Drift that will eventually claim their current pair of stick modules installed into their controller, and Sony has occasionally paused production on them (and will likely stop once the PS6 is upon us in 2027-28). The real solution is to have a specialist like myself replace those cheap joystick parts that Sony puts into the Dualsense and Edge (plus every other PS controller generation) with TMR Technology joysticks that will never drift in the first place.TonyPS5 Custom Controllers
